Shipping:
TrendeFemme ships internationally via the USPS, first class. Unless
otherwise noted, items in the store are ready to be shipped as soon as
payment is received. If you would like to add insurance/delivery
confirmation or to request priority mail, please contact me prior to
purchase and I will be more than happy to estimate the additional cost
involved.
Unfortunately, TrendeFemme cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I strive to take quality photographs and to provide measurements of my
items to help customers make informed decisions about my pieces.
Design, production, and packaging are done with utmost care to ensure
your satisfaction.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please
notify me within three days of receiving your package and I will be
happy to refund the cost of your order (price of item). However, the
shipping fee will not be refunded and return shipping cost is the
responsibility of the customer. I ask that items be returned in the
same condition they were received and in a timely manner. Please ship
returns within 7 days of receiving your refund.

Customers in North Carolina, please note that your order will incur a
sales tax will upon checkout through PayPal.
